Gearbox for wind power generation

A product that accelerates and converts the rotational energy of the blades into the rotational speed required for a generator. It is suitable for use in a harsh natural environments with irregular turbulence, typhoons and lightning strikes.

Gearbox for geothermal power generation

A product for a turbine driven by high-temperature steam derived from geothermal heat, to decelerate and convert the rotational energy of the turbine to the rotation required by a generator.

Gearbox for tidal current and ocean current power generation

A product for a screw driven by the (comparatively stable flow created by) tidal current or ocean current, to accelerate and convert the rotational energy of the screw to the rotation required by a generator.

Gearbox for coal grinding

A product to drive equipment that pulverizes coal and makes it into a fine dust to make it easier to burn. It is subjected to severe overloading.

Gearbox for refuse incineration power generation

A product for a turbine driven by steam (created by the heat from incineration), to decelerate and convert the rotational energy of the turbine into the rotational speed required for a generator.

We have various verification testing facilities such as 3,000 kW service load test equipment (two lines), which can verify product performance and quality before delivery. The facilities with that verification technology also function as a laboratory for gearboxes.
