Issues and background
Although the existing line was an important production line, the manufacturer that delivered the product to it no longer existed. An alternative product was produced by another manufacturer in Europe, but it did not work well, so the issue was becoming a concern.

Initiatives to strive to solve issues
This case was brought from a leading European machinery manufacturer, who knows our flexibility and capability. Project includes re-production of gearboxes and varidate its modified design, while conducting 100% load test operation after the manufacturing. We provide the product with confidence that can be used with peace of mind.

Results and future developments
This is a typical project for a gearbox prototype. We respond carefully and courteously to each customer requirement, and at times make suggestions that go beyond what is requested. These detailed, flexible efforts for collaboration were received very highly since such perspectives are slowly being lost in modern world. Therefore, we wish to refine and deploy them even further.
Voice of customer
ISHIBASHI invited specialists from our customer's locations worldwide and collaborated closely with equipment OEMs who were introduced to us, engaging in detailed specification reviews ranging from factory inspections at both our own and cooperative factories to coordination with the customer. Together, we confirmed inspection processes for each manufacturing step, were present during assembly, and conducted final load testing. When we received the satisfied smiles of our customers, all the struggles of the past two years suddenly vanished.
